On September 30, the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies offered a plant-based cooking class for the Mason community. CHHS alumna Lisa Marik (MS Nutrition '20) showed participants how to prepare plant-based tacos and savory sides from their home kitchens and shared the benefits of a plant-based diet along the way.
